Shipping Policy

Fresh and Honest Foods offers flat rate shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

All orders received by 12:00 Mountain Time will ship within 2 – 4 days after the order was placed. Once an order is prepared for shipment, you will be emailed a tracking number to track your shipment. Orders with a backordered item are not subject to the shipping policy and your entire order will ship once the back ordered item is in stock.

Orders with a backordered item are not subject to this shipping policy. Should an order have a backordered item, Fresh and Honest Foods will ship the entire order once the backordered item is in stock, or ship available products while following up with shipping for the backordered product once it arrives in stock. Backordered products will be identified as such on their individual product pages.

Return Policy

Returned products are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to return an item, please notify us by email at sales@freshandhonestfoods.com and we will guide you through the process of shipping products back to our facility.  Refunds will typically be processed in 2-3 business days after products have been received and inspected. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
