After my last two brands of Instant Mashed Potatoes disappeared (Potatoes Buds before 2015 & Idahoan Signature), I looked for a new brand. Saw this on Amazon, found that the price was better here. I bought these a while back (months ago) and am just now trying.
These are better than ANY boxed Mashed Potatoes that I have ever had! Period!! Wonderful flavor. I was worried when I saw the recipe wanted so much butter and I cut that and half, but Milk and salt as described . . . and I added pepper to the saucepan (A MUST). They looked a little gummy but I continued to stir and . . . Wow!
